The longest value a name output can carry and still be spent, in bytes.
Doichain Core accepts values up to 1023 bytes, but spending a name output
runs its whole script, and the script interpreter refuses every push longer
than 520 bytes. A longer value freezes the name and its locked coin for good,
which is why Core's own RPCs stop at 520 bytes (MAX_VALUE_LENGTH_UI).
