milliseconds between pings, 0 switches them off (default KEEPALIVE_INTERVAL)

Optional timeout

timeout?: number

milliseconds a request waits for its answer (default REQUEST_TIMEOUT)

Optional webSocket

webSocket?: (new (url) => WebSocketLike)

    • The WebSocket to open. Node 22 and every browser have one; older runtimes can pass the one from the ws package.
